Gary Albertson

Gary Albertson—the founder and president of Project Management Applications—understands the complexity of development projects because he’s equally experienced in engineering and construction.

“We treat our clients’ money as though it’s our own,” he says. “That means putting an emphasis on value engineering — getting into a project at the very beginning and identifying its challenges before they become problems.”

Gary’s more than two decades of experience include six years in Civil Engineering design, four years in General Engineering Construction and 13 years of Construction, Project, and Program Management.

Gary says that PMA “places a real premium on communication and documentation. We stay in constant touch with each other, and make sure our clients have our cell phone numbers so they can reach us whenever they have a question, comment or concern.”

PMA, Gary says, acts as the project owners’ dedicated representative. “We’re the eyes and ears on their project—but also the ones who are ultimately accountable for the project. We take pride in the fact that we take responsibility.”
